ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Santaquin City is accepting applications for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for Administrative Services. Duties will include, but not limited to, performing a variety of routine administrative and complex clerical duties as needed to expedite the delivery of Administrative Services programs and services, including, but not limited to secretarial support, assisting with the city's wellness program and backup support to the passport office. Position requires graduation from high school, plus one (1) year specialized training related to the job duties, and two (2) years of experience in related duties or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Pay Range is $21.38 - $30.53, starting rate depends on education, experience and/or qualifications. Schedule includes up to 20 hours per week. Position is not eligible for benefits.
