Harder Mechanical Contractors Inc. seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Arizona team in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on onboarding new hires, data entry, scheduling, and general office duties to help keep operations running smoothly.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work with our team at our central office in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Arizona team with onboarding new hires in addition to general office duties and miscellaneous tasks. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high attention to detail, ability to multitask, and experience working within a team environment. This position is not eligible for remote work.
