Full Time - Administrative Assistant
Health Care Resource Centersis seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative tasks and provide support to executive management. This role involves assisting with the preparation of reports, charts, documents, PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts, and spreadsheets, while maintaining confidentiality of both executive and patient information. Additional responsibilities include managing schedules and coordinating Zoom meetings. Travel may be required as needed.
The ideal candidate will be highly self‑motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast‑paced business environment.
Salary ranges from $32.00 to $37.30 an hour.
The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty, and training.
