Professional Service Industries, Inc. (Intertek-PSI) is searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our Building & Construction team in our Orlando, Florida office. Professional Service Industries, Inc. (Intertek-PSI) is a leading US provider of construction assurance, testing, and inspection, offering services such as construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and specialty testing.

The Administrative Assistant will support the Building & Construction Business in Orlando, FL by performing a range of administrative duties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
  • Performing general office duties such as faxing, copying, mailing, and filing.
  • Assisting with billing, accounts receivable, collections, and invoice payments.
  • Supporting development and review of local procedures and work instructions.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
