SUMMARY

This full-time on-site position is an administrative responsibility focused on physical filing, logging and maintaining legal documents. Responsibilities in the future may also include handling inbound and outbound physical mail, reception, copying, scanning, filing legal documents, front desk, and other administrative tasks. In this position you will need a strong work ethic and be able to work well both independently as well as in a team environment. This is a full-time on-site position in our Orlando, FL office. No legal experience necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Filing, logging and maintaining legal documents.
  • Providing reception, answering and routing calls on a multi-line phone system.
  • Document scanning, copying and mailing.
  • Filing and recording legal documents.
  • Working independently in the office at times with department support always available.
  • Consistently and accurately updating case management systems.
  • Retrieving and responding to a variety of clients and internal firm requests via phone or email.
  • Learning basic legal documents and terminology.
  • Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
  • Providing support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and borrower information and firm processes.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.
  • Ability to carry 10 pounds or more

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Normal office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
