Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Role Overview

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. This role requires an experienced, proactive, organized, and tech-savvy individual capable of managing sensitive tasks with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set daily team agenda
  • Take notes at meetings and create appropriate follow-up actions
  • Coordinate daily calendars, meetings, and travel
  • Organize communications, including emails, calls, and document handling
  • Prepare and manage data rooms for investor decks, M&A files, and regulatory and administrative records
  • Assist with production of events
  • Utilization and recording of AI-enabled SOPs
  • Ad hoc tasks to support the activities of the executive team
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a high-level administrative or executive assistant role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information discreetly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital task managers
  • Basic experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notebook LM, Claude) not required but a plus
