What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage active calendars of appointments and arrange complex meetings and agendas
- Communicate directly on behalf of C-level executives
- Draft correspondence, including acknowledgment letters and personal notes

- Maintain HR forms and oversee the purchasing section of the IT Service Portal
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in healthcare or IT
- Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
