Kissimmee Youth Academy in Kissimmee, Florida, is a secure Youth Academy providing trauma-informed residential care for males ages 14 to 18. The program focuses on mental health and substance abuse treatment, offering a structured environment that combines clinical therapy, education, and enrichment activities. Youth receive individualized treatment based on their needs, participating in individual, group, and family therapy, as well as life skills training, restorative justice practices, victim impact awareness, and pre‑vocational preparation. Licensed professionals provide 24/7 care in small group living units, and a licensed dietitian oversees nutritional support to promote stabilization and successful reintegration into the community.
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations of the program and department.
