Oshkosh AeroTech is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in an airport environment. You will assist with HR onboarding, payroll, invoicing, and timekeeping while ensuring compliance with policies and security requirements.
The role requires 1–3 years in an office setting with bookkeeping exposure, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and flexibility for day or night shifts, including weekends. A valid driver's license is essential.

The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations, customer service, and reporting in a fast-paced airport environment. This role coordinates work orders, airport badging, manages records, assists with HR onboarding and payroll, and ensures compliance with company policies. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential. Must be eligible for airport security clearance.

While performing the duties of Administrative Assistant, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms. Work in a fast-paced environment. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Good hand/eye coordination is required.
The primary work environment is similar to an office environment. However, this position must have the ability to conduct business in outside weather conditions, near moving machinery parts; on an active Airport ramp; near vehicles and jet aircraft.
$42,100.00 - $64,500.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
