Broadbent & Associates, Inc. of the Las Vegas, Nevada Area is looking to hire an organized full-time (30+ hours) ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to support our growing environmental consulting business. Our office is in Henderson, Nevada. This Administrative Assistant position earns a competitive salary, depending on experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer phone calls and direct them accordingly.
  • Scanning, photocopying, printing, faxing and filing as needed.
  • Communicating via phone, email, or fax with clients, vendors, and other employees.
  • Maintain phone/contact list.
  • Coordinate hotel, air, and vehicle reservations for clients and employees.
  • Monitor and handle purchase of office supplies.
  • Assist with office events
  • Assist accounting/payroll department with administrative support as needed.
  • Pull back-up for miscellaneous jobs during billing for Project Managers.
  • Scan, e-mail, bind, and mail out reports per Project Manager directive.
  • Enter supply and truck logs on a weekly basis.
  • Run errands in company vehicle as necessary
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an Office Administration role.
  • Good computer skills including Adobe Acrobat DC, MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized, efficient, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Good communicator with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and to interact internally and externally, as the duties require.
