Job description

Accredited Investors Wealth Management® is seeking a talented full-time Administrative Assistant to primarily support a team of Wealth Managers. This role will be accountable for client scheduling, calendar coordination, meeting readiness, documentation, and administrative workflow support for 3-5 designated senior leaders to create a seamless experience for clients and external partners. The ideal candidate will have acute attention to detail and exhibit independence with an ability to proactively solve problems.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide polished, service-oriented administrative support to designated 3-5 senior leaders and/or members of the Wealth Management team
  • Actively manage client scheduling & coordinate meeting logistics, including timely reach outs, reschedules, and assisting with meeting preparation
  • Serve as a calendar delegate for designated leaders, owning day-to-day calendar oversight, while balancing client needs, personal preferences and firm priorities
  • Supports daily and weekly workflow support by triaging correspondence, assisting with deadline management and ensuring adequate time is protected for commitments
  • Initiate and respond to client, internal and external communications in a warm, respectful and professional manner
  • Comprehensively document and maintain client information in firm’s CRM and related systems
  • Prepare and distribute agreements and related documents to both current and prospective clients, serving as notary when needed
  • Assist with preparation of internal and external events
  • Provide flexible support for additional administrative team and other duties as assigned.

What You Offer
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience in a professional services setting required
  • Service-oriented mindset and willingness to consistently deliver a polished experience in all interactions
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to be concise, timely and warm
  • Strong technical proficiency and/or ability to learn quickly, including experience with:
  • Communication (Zoom, Teams, Outlook)
  • Strong judgment, decision making and prioritization skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively, remaining flexible and adaptable during high-volume or fast-changing periods of time,
  • Commitment to compliance and client confidentiality with strict adherence to firm policies and compliance metrics
  • Physical demands: Lift 10+ pounds and able to efficiently operate standard office equipment (telephone, computer, copier, etc.).

Estimated Total Compensation Opportunity: $75,000 to $102,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications, including a base salary of $70,000 to $95,000 and annual firm-wide profit sharing.

Annual firm-wide profit sharing is calculated as a percentage of eligible base salary earnings and is subject to meeting the firm's growth, profitability, and plan provisions. The maximum profit-sharing payout is up to 7.5% of eligible earnings through five years of service and up to 15% thereafter.
