Job description

Accredited Investors Wealth Management® is seeking a full-time Client Service Associate (CSA) who is a quick learner with a high level of curiosity and a desire to contribute to a growing team. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, values a team-based, fast-paced, collaborative working environment and culture, and is committed to building a long-term successful career within an independent advisory firm.

Who We Are

We are a high-performing group of 60+ team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional service for our clients and being a sought-after place to work. Founded in 1987, Accredited is focused on delivering industry leading wealth management services to over 600 families, providing an invaluable service by pairing the breadth and depth of our collective financial planning expertise with a thorough knowledge of our clients’ lives. Fiercely independent and 100% owned by a group of actively engaged employee shareholders, Accredited manages approximately $4.4 billion of investment assets as of 12/31/2025.

We demonstrate our commitments – to our clients, our colleagues, and our community – through our values, culture, and mindset:

Values-Based

Our values are embedded within our work through our deep relationships with our clients, connection and camaraderie with colleagues, philanthropic contributions, and sustainability efforts within our community.

Culture-Focused

The Cultural Constitution from which we operate at Accredited isn’t meant to be aspirational; it’s practiced in our daily work. By actively applying gratitude and compassion, and functioning as one team, we strive to influence the future of our firm through our core values.

Curiosity-Minded

We are building a diverse team of individuals who are comfortable asking questions, not simply answering them.

Who You Will Work With

You and the other Client Service Associates will share responsibilities in supporting and collaborating with Wealth Managers on various ongoing tasks, including establishing new accounts, account maintenance, money movements, client questions, service requests, and other matters. You will partner with CSA and Wealth Management team members to provide industry leading service to current and prospective clients. You will also work with respective client teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition for the clients and Accredited.

Who Will Be Successful

An effective communicator: You will build trusted client, advisor, and vendor relationships through a commitment to timeliness, accuracy, effective communication, and an engaging interpersonal style. You will be responding to daily communications regarding account maintenance and other intra-day account servicing responsibilities.

Regarded as reliable and organized: You will operate from and utilize a CRM system for daily tasks; tracking and documenting client data and providing internal updates to assigned work. At times, you will provide back-up and support to other client service team members, delegating work when necessary.

A strategic project coordinator: You will demonstrate the ability to manage complex, longer-term client initiatives with a focus on alternative investments. Success in this role requires project coordination skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork. You will coordinate resources, establish milestones, ensure alignment with firm-wide objectives, and deliver superior service for clients in the area of alternative investments.
