National Youth Advocate Program seeks an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and promote efficiency across the office. The role requires strong people skills, familiarity with office systems, basic bookkeeping, and knowledge of agency programs and policies.
Candidate must stay organized and interact effectively with staff and the public. Responsibilities include coordinating conferences and trainings, updating databases, producing reports, and handling communications.
Compensation: 20.00/hourly
Hours: 1pm-9pm Full time Monday through Friday
Location: 1801 Watermark Drive
The Administrative Assistant position provides the opportunity to perform a variety of administrative tasks that promote efficiency in the daily operations of the office. Requires excellent people relations skills, knowledge of office systems, basic bookkeeping skills, and sound knowledge of agency programs, procedures, and policies. Incumbent must be well organized and able to interact effectively with agency staff and the general public.
