Job summary

St. Luke's Hospital is seeking an Administrative Director's Assistant to support operational functions within the Laboratory. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and extensive administrative experience, particularly in health-related fields. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred five years of experience as Administrative Assistant at Director's level.
  • Minimum two years in business/accounting functions, preferably healthcare.

Position Summary:

Supports and represents the Administrative Director. Coordinates and assists with the operational functions of the Laboratory. Assists in the preparation of the budget and statistical data. Monitors and resolves reference lab and departmental invoice issues. Staff reference for Human Resources/hospital/departmental policies. Performs payroll processing duties. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Five years Administrative Assistant experience at a Director's level preferred with two years minimum experience in an area of business/accounting functions preferably in a health related field
