Job summary

The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking an administrative clerk to provide complex clerical support in a municipal office. This role may require occasional after-hours work and involves purchasing, payroll-related tasks, records management, and general office duties.

You will handle front desk support, respond to inquiries, process invoices and purchase orders, support minutes for public meetings, and assist with travel arrangements and office procedures.

Qualifications

Summary of Position:

The purpose of this position is to provide complex administrative clerical support and assistance requiring technical or specialized operational knowledge. This position may require occasional work outside of standard business hours to include nights and weekends.

Education:
