Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support clinical and administrative staff in a high-volume practice.

You will manage referrals, scheduling, patient charging, and ensure attention to detail; requires 1–3 years in a physician’s office, strong English, and solid organization.

Qualifications

• One to three years previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a physician's practice or Clinic environment.
• Command of verbal and written English; positive interpersonal communication skills and good organizational skills.
• Understanding of referral process.
• Knowledge of physician appointments and schedule management.

Salary Range: $18.71-$28.26
