Responsibilities

About the position

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and culture‑driven Office Experience Administrator to support the daily operations and employee experience within our Atlanta office and global teams. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging workplace environment where employees, executives, and visitors feel supported.

In addition to managing office operations, this person will play a key role in coordinating workplace experiences, employee engagement initiatives, and culture‑building activities that strengthen connection and collaboration across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service‑oriented, self‑directed, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
  • Be on‑site at least three days per week to support employees, maintain office operations, and serve as the primary workplace contact.
  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, executives, and visitors.

  • Provide administrative support to HR, executives, and cross‑functional teams, including scheduling, expense coordination, shipping, organization, platform administration and ad‑hoc requests.
  • Support a positive workplace culture by creating engaging employee experiences and ensuring smooth office operations.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an administrative, office management, workplace experience, or employee engagement role preferred.
