About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technology-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our corporate office team at a growing multifamily property management company in the Atlanta area.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at organization, data management, Microsoft Office applications, and customer service. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to corporate leadership and team members, assist with reporting and spreadsheets, manage incoming calls and inquiries, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our corporate office.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and maintains a high level of professionalism when interacting with residents, property teams, vendors, clients, and corporate team members.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Corporate Office Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to corporate leadership and team members across multiple departments.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, and general inquiries, directing requests to the appropriate individuals.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining organized records.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, presentations, and other business correspondence.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are accurate, organized, and accessible.
- Assist with office supply inventory, ordering, mail distribution, shipping, and general office coordination.
- Support onboarding activities and administrative documentation for new corporate and property-level employees as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Excel, Reporting & Data Management
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets and operational reports.
- Develop and update tracking spreadsheets, data logs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support corporate operations.
- Work with large data sets, organize information, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
- Use Excel functions such as XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF formulas, PivotTables, sorting, filtering, and conditional formatting.
- Assist with consolidating information from multiple properties and departments into standardized reports.
- Support data entry, reconciliation, document tracking, and reporting deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve spreadsheet efficiency, reporting accuracy, and administrative processes.
Customer Service & Communications
- Answer and respond professionally to incoming customer service calls and general inquiries from residents, prospective residents, property teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Document calls, inquiries, and follow-up items to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.
- Maintain a courteous, solutions-oriented approach while representing the company’s standards and values.
- Assist with general email correspondence and follow-up communications.
Operational & Team Support
- Provide administrative assistance to Operations, Marketing, Accounting, Human Resources, and other corporate departments as needed.
- Assist with collecting, organizing, and tracking information from property management teams across the portfolio.
- Help monitor deadlines, maintain project trackers, and follow up with team members on outstanding documentation or deliverables.
- Support the preparation of presentations, meeting agendas, operational updates, and management reports.
- Handle confidential company, employee, resident, and financial information with discretion.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of corporate office operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or additional administrative training preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, office coordinator, or similar support role preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Demonstrated experience creating complex spreadsheets, maintaining data accuracy, and preparing reports.
- Experience in multifamily property management, real estate, or a related service-oriented industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with a wide range of individuals.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Experience with property management software, accounting systems, or CRM platforms is a plus.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in the Cumberland-Atlanta, Georgia area. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
