We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. The role involves performing various administrative and clerical tasks. This position offers many learning and advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command of English, be highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. Prior administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Answer emails and phone calls
  • Support scheduling by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts
  • Create content for social media channels
  • Prepare presentations as instructed

  • Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail

Candidate Requirements

  • High-speed internet connection (20 Mbps+)
  • Fast and accurate typing (20+ WPM)
