We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to our leadership team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This is an excellent job with many learning and advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent command of English, be highly organized and reliable, and have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties
  • Answer emails and phone calls
  • Provide scheduling support by booking appointments and avoiding conflicts
  • Create content for the company's social media channels
  • Prepare presentations as instructed
  • Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals, restaurants)
  • Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail
  • Anticipate needs to ensure seamless support
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially

Preferred qualifications include:
