Position Summary Credence is seeking qualified candidates for a prospective Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, organizational, and operational support for program leadership and mission‑critical initiatives. This role is responsible for managing schedules, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating communications, and supporting a variety of administrative and project‑related activities.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience supporting meetings, coordinating communications, and assisting with day‑to‑day office operations.
