Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred in business or organizational management.
  • Google Suite experience preferred (1 year) and Salesforce CRM familiarity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in an office environment; retail management or executive admin favored.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and manage events for in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Maintain contact and data information in an organized manner.
  • Generate and compare reports and presentations.
  • Draft documents, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Job description

Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative and project support to the Executive Leadership and Marketing manager through a variety of assigned tasks and special projects with the goal of increasing the professionalism of the organization and leaders you represent.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A typical day includes a mix of everyday duty, and ad-hoc assignments. Speed, creativity, attention to detail, sound judgment, fortitude, and decision-making will guide you to complete tasks including but not limited to the following:

Plan, schedule and manage events for in-person and virtual meetings

Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports as requested by senior management

Maintain Contact and Data Information in an organized manner

Generate and Compare Reports and Presentations

Carry out administrative duties such as drafting documents, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns.

Other duties and projects as assigned

Education:

High School or Equivalent Required,

Strong preference towards Bachelor’s Degree in business, organizational management, or other relevant fields

Experience:

Google Suite: 1 Year (preferred)

Office Environment Experience: 2 years OR Executive Administrative Experience: 1 YearOR Retail Management: 1 year

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

To succeed at this role you will need:

Reliable Transportation

Ability to lift 20-50 lbs between office and storage facilities while navigating stairs

High Proficiency in English Language

Occasional Travel required - approximately once a quarter

Occasional Over-Time
