Job summary

Cal Poly is seeking an Administrative Analyst in the Residential Student Experience (RSE) area to provide analytical and technical support to the Director and leadership team. The role covers analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of administrative operations including budget, assessment, and reporting.

Responsibilities include advising senior staff on programmatic goals and policy matters, coordinating projects, and serving as an internal resource on policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university.
• One year of technical or administrative experience.
• A graduate degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and technical support to the Director of Residential Student Experience (RSE).
• Assist in analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of administrative operations.
• Support budget, assessment, data analytics, and reporting related to the department.
• Advise senior staff on programmatic goals and policy matters.
• Coordinate projects and initiatives as needed.
