A leading company is seeking an Administrative Analyst to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The role involves organizing reports, assisting with deliverables, and collaborating with program leadership. Support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) as an administrative analyst. Work with program leadership to organize reports, provide assistance in tracking deliverables and documents, organize meetings and trainings, and provide administrative assistance to all members the Strategic Resources Office (SRO). Establish a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with administrative or logistics support
3+ years of experience creating, compiling, and editing documentation
Experience interacting with multiple levels of management
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative
Ability to work on site in Arlington, VA
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with M365 PowerApps
Experience working for a DoD organization
Possession of excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
