What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Triage, monitor, and resolve end-user issues and inquiries while managing a user support case queue
- Participate in daily Scrum meetings and provide metrics reflecting team productivity
- Facilitate functional demos and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions across multiple teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify and resolve project dependencies and blockers
- Create and maintain documentation artifacts, including business process flows

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with application development lifecycle and infrastructure engineering
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience as part of an Agile team, utilizing Jira to manage work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile Scrum teams on complex, integrated platforms
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Certified Practitioner
