The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of exempt experience, or an equivalent combination as listed, and offers a path to contribute across finance, HR, purchasing, and R&D. The incumbent will help oversee subcontractors, streamline processes, and assist with budgeting and reporting for the ET&D Operations

The Role

Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.

Incumbent will work to support the ET&D Business Management Operations office to provide oversight of subcontractor and leased labor, document and track resources, create/streamline processes, establish touchpoints w/ managers to better understand needs/gaps, collaborate internally to manage trends and improve processes/document control, and processing invoices/reconciling reports and/or invoices.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 1 years of relevant professional experience

One of the following may be used as equivalent to Bachelor's Degree to meet minimum qualifications:

  • NNS Apprentice School graduate
  • Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate
  • Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience
  • Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience
  • High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience
  • High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience

  • Ability to understand and interpet data
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
  • Ability to work through and resolve multiple tasks related to tracking and documentation
  • Strong relationship building skills and desire to work in a team envioronment
