NorthEast Electrical, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a Full-Time Transportation Administrator in Brockton, MA. The role is 100% on-site at our Brockton headquarters, Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm, with a focus on dispatch, logistics, and fleet coordination.

You will interact with sales, purchasing, and CDC personnel, handling manifests, DOT compliance, and daily metrics while supporting routing and QA tasks. A customer-service mindset and strong Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize, multi-task, research, and adapt quickly to changes.
• Experience with Eclipse and Job Queues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Dispatch needs such as ETA requests by sales and service failure call-ins from drivers.
• Coordinate transportation communication both inbound and outbound.
• Maintain, scan and close manifests daily.
• Record and track daily metrics (# of stops, hours, miles).
• Assist the Quality care department as needed with job queues, returns, ICQA, etc.
• Assist with routing as needed.
• Monitor and maintain documents/processes regarding DOT Compliance.
• Perform other related duties as required or directed by the Transportation Manager.

As a member of the CDC Warehouse Organization, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties which relate to the functions of the Transportation Departments as well as the Quality Care Department and will interact with sales, purchasing and other CDC personnel. The person in this position is exposed to all the elements that exist in a warehouse environment where the noise level is usually moderate.

What a typical day in this role looks like:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications especially Outlook and Excel.
