Alta Environmental & Infrastructure in Arizona is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Geotechnical Engineering team, ensuring smooth office operations and handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within an environmental or sustainability-focused organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Passion for environmental issues and a commitment to promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare proposals, letters, and reports for review by Project Managers.
  • Copy, scan and file documents.
  • Assist other office personnel as directed with copying, filing, report reproduction, mailing.
  • Assist with answering phones, take and distribute accurate messages.
  • General office duties as required.

Position Overview:
