Duke Energy in Indiana is seeking an intermediate-level administrative assistant to provide essential support to workgroups, manage calendars, prepare documents, and coordinate travel arrangements in a fast-paced office setting.
The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, with strong computer skills and fluency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. The position is office-based with standard hours and potential overtime.

This is the intermediate level of the administrative hierarchy. Employees at this level provide administrative support to work groups in the organization. At this level, the individual has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. This level works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision and serves in a non‑exempt capacity.
Performs work in normal office environment. May be required to provide assistance in multiple areas as needed. Position may be located at a generating plant, regional office, etc. Prolonged sitting at desk/computer. May be required to travel for training and/or assistance at other sites and may be required to work overtime.
