Job summary

IHCS is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to manage driver scheduling for timely delivery and pickup of patient supplies and equipment. The role ensures accurate driver logs and documentation while supporting compassionate care delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid license for 3+ years, and strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with patients and team members. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

What will you be doing:

The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for all driver scheduling to ensure timely delivery and pickup of patient supplies and equipment. Responsible for overseeing all driver activities including accurate driver logs and completed documentation.

What will you come with:

• Must be a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least three years.
• Basic knowledge of durable medical equipment is desirable.
• Motivated and able to function independently. Possesses organizational skills to assume efficient use of time.
• Be able to communicate well with patients and other members of the company. Must be flexible with work scheduled.
• Dependable in attendance and job performance.
• Required to uphold the principles of compliance as outlined in the Code of Conduct, Employee Handbook and related policies and procedures. Supports and participates in the mandatory Corporate Compliance Program training initiative on an annual or more frequent basis, as required.
