Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries, Ingalls Shipbuilding is seeking an administrative support role focused on data entry and reporting for production metrics. You will input, track and verify data from multiple sources, and generate timely reports and presentations for leadership.

The Role

Performs activities in support of business unit. This includes inputting and extracting data for daily\weekly reporting on production metrics. Collects, records, tracks and verify data and information from multiple sources. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, timelines, correspondence and presentations. Provides data and information to other functional units on production status.

Must Have

High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience

Associates degree or above and 0 years of experience

Must be willing and able to work any shift.

Nice to Have

Prior administrative experience preferred. Positive outlook and attitude, able to work with team of over 100 employees preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs preferred (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
