Magnet HR SPP is seeking an Admin Coordinator Multifamily to support payroll, office operations, purchasing, and resident services. The role partners with executives and site teams to keep operations running smoothly and compliantly.
The position emphasizes attention to confidential records, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination with property teams. A strong background in real estate operations and customer service is required.
The Admin Coordinator Multifamily serves as the administrative hub supporting payroll administration, office management, purchasing, resident support, executive administration, and daily corporate operations.
Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience. Three or more years of administrative or operations support experience.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
This is an office position that will require travel as needed to support site teams and attend company meetings. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits on the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment. Regular, full-time associates are eligible to accrue paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
