Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and office technology, providing professional customer service while maintaining discretion, integrity, and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Manage scheduling, contact lists, and appointment coordination.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, data entry, and document archiving (both physically and digitally).

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Support meeting room bookings and logistics.
  • Assist with operational needs, internal communication and help execute client facing events.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts including client communication, social media support, and promotional materials.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested.

Job Overview

Requirements

Available to work an in-office schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

  • 3+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and office technology, providing professional customer service while maintaining discretion, integrity, and ethical conduct.
Preferences
  • Prior experience in a financial advisor’s practice.
  • Administrative experience in a professional services environment.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
Pay Range

#LI-Onsite Pay Range: $18.07-$30.11/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
