Job summary

Sundt is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to provide administrative and secretarial support within their assigned area. The role emphasizes filing, scheduling and coordination of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of secretarial experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and good communication abilities. Construction experience is preferred, and duties may include support across multiple sites.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains files for his or her area and may oversee other clerical work as needed.
  • May assist with phones for the department as well as act as a liaison with other departments.
  • May provide support to other jobsites as well as voucher invoices as necessary.
  • Schedules appointments, meetings and travel.
  • Will coordinate services such as maintenance, repairs, supplies, etc. for the assigned area.
  • Will review, compose and answer correspondence as well as distribute mail accordingly.
Minimum Job Requirements
  • Construction experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • High school graduate or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years secretarial experience.
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
