The Global Administrative Assistant fills an essential and diverse role providing department support and organization as well as customer service to enhance Global operations. The position requires a high level of administrative skills the ability to service many internal details related to expense and ministry reporting related to One More Child’s missions and child sponsorship programs, ensuring departmental expectations and deadlines are met on a routine basis. The ability to effectively interact cross-departmentally with OMC staff, as well as with external partners, are also a core aspect of the position. This will require knowledge of all aspects of our ministry, communicating confidence in our abilities, advocating for those in need, and inspiring others to join in our global work.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to operate a forklift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
This job requires the ability to work in stressful conditions from time to time and remain focused for extended periods of time. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds (boxes, documents, and/or equipment) may be required on occasion.
