InsightFS, headquartered in Jefferson, Wisconsin, is seeking an Administrative Support role to assist Energy Department staff and sales personnel. Responsibilities include web administration, clerical duties, and project-based work, presenting a professional image both in person and by phone.
The position requires handling phones, contract prep, lease records, software knowledge, and supporting team with projects. Travel and extended hours may be necessary; a valid driver's license is required.

Provides administrative support to Energy Department staff and sales people. Duties include wEBS administration and support, general clerical, and project based work. Projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Answer telephones, provide appropriate customer service or direct to appropriate salesperson/staff member.
Responsible for contract preparation and administration.
Prepare and maintain accurate lease records.
Maintain thorough knowledge of appropriate software.
Support staff in assigned project based work both in a team-oriented environment and independently.
Cross-trains and serves as backup for other administrative positions as assigned.
Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 1 year or more of administrative work experience to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to type 40 WPM.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
Ability to travel independently and overnight.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
