The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Bakersfield, CA is seeking an entry-level administrative assistant to provide essential support to one or more leaders or teams. This role focuses on accurate data handling, scheduling, and professional communication.
Under direct supervision, you will prepare memos, reports, and presentations, take minutes, manage calendars, handle mail, and maintain office files while upholding confidentiality and integrity.
