Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the CEO, CFO, COO, CNO, Medical Director, and other hospital staff.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Provides administrative assistance to CEO, CFO, COO, CNO, Medical Director, Business Development Director, Physicians, and other hospital staff as needed.
  • Oversees specific administrative and compliance activities impacting hospital services including contracts and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training:

High school graduate: Associate degree in business administration preferred.

Experience:

Five years' experience as an administrative assistant. Experience in the healthcare setting preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

None required.
