Job summary

Frostburg State University (FSU) is seeking part-time adjunct lecturers to teach SCMT 103, SCMT 304, and SCMT 402 beginning Spring 2027 and beyond. The position supports the Sustainable Construction Management program with 1-2 courses per semester.

Applicants should hold an MS in a built-environment field and have relevant professional experience. Inquiries are directed to the SCMT Program Coordinator, Dr. Thomas Cadenazzi.

• MS in a built-environment-related field (Architecture, Civil/Construction Eng, Building Science or related).
• MS in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 5 years of professional building design experience.
• Teach 1-2 SCMT courses per semester to support program needs.

• Contribute to curriculum delivery and student assessment as part-time adjunct faculty.
• Collaborate with department to meet program and course scheduling needs.

Frostburg State University (FSU), Sustainable Construction Management (SCMT) Program, is accepting applications on an ongoing basis for part-time adjunct lecturers to teach SCMT 103, Applied CAD; SCMT 304, Environmental Building System and SCMT 402, Emerging Technologies to begin Spring 2027 and beyond.

• Teach 1-2 SCMT courses per semester to support program needs.

• MS in a built-environment-related field, such as Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or a closely related discipline.

• MS in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 5 years of professional experience in Building Design.
