Bryant & Stratton College is seeking adjunct faculty to support student success across our diverse health-related programs. Responsibilities include direct advising, guidance on curriculum and course sequencing, and helping students plan for graduation.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in an allied health field and a current professional license or certification. Classes are paid bi-monthly and campus-based with typical 15-week terms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an allied health field is required.
• Current nationally recognized certification or valid license is required.
• BS with license acceptable for clinical classes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct contact with student advisees and meet individually or in groups to set and review goals and guide academic planning.
• Discuss curriculum, course sequencing, registration, and long-term career planning with students.
• Monitor academic progress and refer students to campus or external resources as needed.
• Document student information and support retention initiatives and proper file documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to address student needs.
