Bryant & Stratton College seeks an Adjunct Instructor in Medical Assisting or Health Services Administration. This on-site position (Day/Evening) may flex term to term and reports to the Academic Program Director for MA & Health Services Administration.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD with a current healthcare certification or license (CMA, CCMA, RN, DO, DC, JD, MD, DVM). Teaching experience is preferred, with a focus on student engagement and curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master’s degree (or PhD) in allied health or related field.
• Must hold or be eligible for a nationally-recognized healthcare certification/license (CMA, CCMA, RN, DO, DC, JD, MD, DVM).
• Experience teaching or aptitude for teaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach 3–14 contact hours in Medical Assisting or Health Services Administration.
• Maintain blended learning format with on-campus and online components.
• Interact with students weekly and provide feedback within 48 hours.
• Develop instructional plans, course blueprints, and assessments.
• Participate in campus events and contribute to curriculum enhancement.
