Stepful, Inc. in Toledo, Ohio is seeking an experienced Adjunct Instructor to guide and supervise students during in-person clinical rotations, helping them build hands-on nursing skills and apply classroom knowledge for licensure.

The position is onsite at our partner facility with rotations on Saturdays and Sundays, 6am–6pm, and a 1099 contract. Travel support may be provided for non-local instructors.

Competenze

• 2+ years of RN/LPN education faculty experience.
• 2+ years of nursing as Registered Nurse across clinical practice and education.
• BSN required; Ohio RN license active.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise in-person clinical rotations in Toledo area (Fridays).
• Deliver curriculum content and provide timely feedback to students.
• Act as SME in practical nursing education and foster supportive learning.
