Job Description

The position falls within NRCC’s Workforce Development unit, which offers short‑term credential training programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize all classes taught.
• Keep accurate records of student work and competencies.
• Work with coordinator to identify equipment and supplies to provide hands‑on experience in the classroom setting.
• Work with coordinator to place students in practicum experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualified candidates must be a pharmacist with a current unrestricted license or a pharmacy technician with at least one year of experience performing technician tasks who holds a current unrestricted registration in Virginia or a current PTCB certification. Candidates should be committed to serving a diverse student population, including adult learners and at‑risk students.
