Job summary

Qualifications

Doctoral degree from a USDE‑recognized accredited program.
Active OT license in Oregon.
Minimum of three years of clinical practice experience.
Experience as full‑time or adjunct faculty preferred.
Experience with ACOTE accreditation and hybrid education models preferred.
Commitment to Jesus Christ and alignment with the Community Lifestyle Statement and Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with ACOTE capstone requirements.
Manage and teach OTD and capstone courses and engage in scholarship and service activities.
Demonstrate professional skills and interactions that support the mission and vision of the OTD program and the university.
Communicate effectively with employees, students, and the public in a spirit of teamwork, respect, and customer service.
Act as a Christian role model for students.
Demonstrate awareness and appreciation for diversity of culture, background, race, sex, expressions of faith, and work well with a variety of people.
Perform other duties as assigned.
