Job summary

The instructor will design assessments, prepare course materials, maintain records, and support student advising and registration processes as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing is required.
• Active unencumbered Alabama Nursing License is required.
• Adult teaching experience per the Alabama Department of Public Health.

Responsibilities

• Designs and administers at least three evaluations for grade determination each semester.
• Demonstrates knowledge in teaching discipline and teaches assigned classes.
• Maintains accurate class records and prepares syllabi and objectives.
• Distributes syllabi and objectives in all classes.
• Maintains appropriate office hours and serves as academic advisor as assigned.
