Savannah Technical College is seeking an Adjunct Practical Nursing Instructor to provide theory and/or practical instruction for nursing students. The role includes supervising students during patient care and developing course curricula.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with current GA nursing license in good standing.
• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in the last 7 years.
• Must be flexible to teach day or evening classes and 12-hour clinical rotations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurability.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Prepare lesson plans for nursing courses.
• Instruct students and develop syllabi, goals and objectives.
• Develop and coordinate curriculum and assess courses.
• Complete reports for internal and external departments.
• Ensure compliance with Georgia Board of Nursing standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum areas.
• Stay updated on field developments through training and conferences.
• Maintain professional conduct with students and staff.
