Job summary

Greenville Technical College is seeking a part-time Adjunct Instructor in Medical Laboratory Technology to provide didactic and laboratory instruction at the Northwest Campus in Greenville, SC. The role emphasizes on-campus daytime teaching and coordination with clinical sites.

The successful candidate will conduct clinical visits, track student attendance and progress, and assess performance in line with program outcomes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with ASCP certification (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of laboratory content areas and ability to teach effectively.
• A valid state-issued driver’s license is also required.

Responsibilities

• Provide didactic and laboratory instruction for Medical Laboratory Technology courses.
• Conduct clinical visits to affiliated sites.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress; evaluate student performance and assign grades.
• Teach on-campus daytime courses at the Northwest Campus; online teaching is not available.
