Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• Significant welding and structural fitting field experience.
• Prior experience delivering or developing training.
• Passion for student-centered teaching and excellence for diverse learners.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching to traditional and non-traditional students.

Responsibilities

• Teach Marine Trades Training (MTT) Structural Fitting in Workforce Development.
• Instruct students on safety practices and proper use of structural fitting tools.
• Demonstrate reading blueprints and applying math to course projects.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely submission of final grades.
