Position Overview

To teach General Education courses in Philosophy, especially Ethics. The department is part of the Department of Language and Literature, which teaches GEC courses in English, Foreign Languages, Humanities, and Philosophy.

Responsibilities
  • Teach introductory Philosophy and Ethics courses to approximately 35 students.
  • Manage classroom environment effectively.
  • Use technological tools such as Canvas.
Qualifications
  • M.A. degree in Philosophy or related field with a minimum of 18 hours of relevant graduate coursework.
  • Experience teaching Introductory Philosophy and/or Ethics.
