• Compensation for adjunct faculty with 3 or more years college teaching experience is $3513 for a 3-credit course.

Course

NUSC 300: Advanced Nutrition and Metabolism

Date/Time: Tuesday & Thursday, 1:15-2:30 16-week course, classes start after Labor Day

Course Description: This advanced nutrition course will expand upon material covered in Introduction to Nutrition (NUSC 261). The specific focus will be on the roles of macronutrients in metabolic pathways, responses to feeding and fasting, and disordered metabolism.

Qualifications

• MS, MEd, or MA required
• Doctorate in areas related to Nutrition, Exercise Science, or related field preferred
• Registered Dietician preferred
• Must reside in one of the following states: MA, CT, WI, DE, TX, VT, FL
• This is an on-campus position.
